Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS: Rinse rice 2-3 times in cold water, until water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a 1-to-1 ratio in a pot, bring to a boil for one minute, cover and reduce heat to a low simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Tip: For drier rice, add less water.
RICE COOKER INSTRUCTIONS: Rinse lightly. Drain water. Follow the instructions included with your rice cooker for brown rice. Let stand 10 minutes after the cook cycle is finished.
