Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Cooking Instructions: 1) Mix 1 ¼ cup of Roland® Tempura batter mix with 1 cup ice water and let stand for a few minutes. The batter should be thin and may be lumpy. 2) Cut desired ingredients into strips and preheat oil to approximately 350˚F(180˚C). 3) When the oil is ready, dip seafood or vegetable strips into the batter one at a time, letting the excess run off, and drop into the heated oil. 4) Fry until golden brown. Remove pieces and drain on absorbent paper towels. Serve immediately with tentsuyu and grated daikon.
