Dill Pickle Dip

Pickle fans will love this easy-to-make dill pickle dip! Perfect for gameday or a party appetizer.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Roland® Dill Pickle Sandwich Chips
12 oz cream cheese, (or 1 1/2 cups) room temperature
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1 lemon zest of a full lemon 1/4 lemon juiced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Roland® Toasted Everything Flatbreads, to serve
Directions
In a large bowl add the room-temperature cream cheese with the sour cream and mayo. Either use a hand mixer to combine or work through by hand making sure there are no chunks of cream cheese left
Add in the chopped pickles, dill, parsley, chives, lemon zest, 1/4 of a lemon's juice, garlic and onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of the pickle juice. Fold in the ingredients. Salt to taste
For best flavor, allow the dip to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes
Serve with toasted everything flatbreads and enjoy!
