Paneer Tikka Masala Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 oz paneer
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Roland® Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 Hoagie Rolls
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce (for serving)
- Pickled Onions (for serving)
Directions
- Cut the paneer and bell peppers into 2-inch pieces
- Marinate the paneer and bell peppers in 1/2 cup of Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Working in batches, lightly fry the paneer and the bell peppers until the sauce has thickened and sticks to the paneer. Keep aside
- In a food processor, blend together yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to form a green chutney
- Slit the hoagie rolls along the length and toast it with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Form a sandwich by layering the lettuce followed by paneer and bell peppers. Drizzle over the green chutney and top with pickled onions. Serve immediately
