Spicy Chili Onion Crisp Hummus

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Roland® Tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup cold water

Directions
- Combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, tahini, garlic, and water in a food processor
- Process until the ingredients are well combined and form a smooth consistency
