Vindaloo Curry Chicken Wings

We're kicking the heat into high gear with these Indian style Vindaloo Curry Chicken Wings! The perfect appetizer for parties and game day.
Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs wings
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Canola oil
- 1 jar Roland® Vindaloo Curry Sauce
- Cilantro, for serving
- Carrots, for serving
- Lemon, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- In a large mixing bowl add chicken wings, flour and cornstarch, toss to evenly coat
- Season with sea salt, then drizzle with oil - mix to evenly distribute the oil and salt
- On a sheet pan lined with parchment, lay out the wings so they are not touching. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes
- Remove the wings from the oven and turn each of the over. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until desires level of crispness is achieved
- Once the wings are finished roasting, remove the pan and place into a large clean mixing bowl, pour the Vindaloo Curry Sauce over the chicken and coat them evenly
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with carrots sticks and lemon wedges
