White Truffle Cream Pasta

A little bit of truffle can elevate any meal! Check out this easy truffle pasta recipe using our Roland® White Truffle Cream, created by @skillettoplate.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine or angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons Roland® White Truffle Cream (get the white truffle cream on Amazon)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, or more for desired consistency
- Salt per taste
- Shredded Parmesan and fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Cook the pasta as per package instructions till al dente. Strain and set aside
- In a pan add the heavy cream and the white truffle cream. Cook on medium heat till both are well combined
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and add salt. Taste for seasoning and garnish with shredded Parmesan and fresh parsley
- Serve with chicken meatballs and roasted broccoli
